Let's Get Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Out of Your House!

Bring it to the HHW Collection Facility located at:
Bristol Hill Landfill
3125 State Route 3, Volney
Hours of Operation
Wednesday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.
When lines are long, cars may be turned away so that materials can be processed prior to facility closing.

Instructions:
- You must be an Oswego County resident to participate.
- Materials must have been generated from a household.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unloading area.
- Leave children and pets at home if possible.
- Remain in your vehicle. All matericals will be unloaded for you.
- Keep materials in orginal containers. Do not mix materials and pack all wastes carefully.
- Use sturdy cardboard boxes to transport wastes. Wrap any leaking containers in newspaper and place into a clear plastic bag.

Oswego County and the contractor reserve the right to refuse any material that is deemed unacceptable by the managing staff.
